I have played this game for 6 months. The longer you play, the more glitches and bugs you encounter. As others have said, customer service does nothing to help you or to fix the game. I have encountered: 1. pages presenting like screen shots so I cannot click on any of the links in the game; 2. the latest update stole 6 million gems, 90% of what I had, 3. every update comes with difficulties, mostly the game crapping itself and not loading. Then I need to shut down both the app and my phone in order for the game to work. "Customer service" give you canned responses and request you do things like video the problems you are having and upload receipts to prove you are a buyer. But they still do nothing to improve your account. I will not buy anything from this company any more, they will not get my money. You can play f2p for a long time on this game so that's what I intend to do.

Ebenfalls Asiatischer Raum.. auch der hatte dann aus der damaligen tdt und die anw unseren Server vernichtet.. der Übergang yn Server am Ember Chinrse aus dem amerikanischen Raum.. der ist eigentlich mit der gesamten Allianz KOS.. Vernichtet uns kleine.. Wir können keine Rss sammeln.. keine Wettbewerbe spielen.. Evony lässt Mobbing zu. Wir können keine Tickets zum ku den Service ziehen. Es bleibt der Weg in die Öffentlichkeit.. und der gerichtliche Weg. Wir haben viel Geld investiert und fordern unser Geld zurück! Unser Spielspass wird regelrecht geblockt und zerstört

Evony taken my money.When my loading screen wouldn't load i contacted support showed them I couldn't log in.I lost everything I built and payed for.Evony said its against there policy to help or refund.Im deeply disappointed.

Terrible customer service. They don’t understand stuffs at one go. We have to keep providing them with proofs. They wrongly deducted my speed ups and refused to return those . Its 5414 days speed ups

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen by far! The people in customer service do not play or understand the game or they would quit responding with such ridiculous answers. All they care about is taking your money. If you’re not willing to spend a lot don’t play this game
