The on-boarding process with ex.com has been super stress free and straightforwards. I had Sage as my onboarding manager and she’s a dream to work with, turns everything around at light speed and is really responsive over email, very clear and concise about the information she needs. Being in the UK there were some logistical bits with setting up my apple developer account being set up from the US (for the custom app). Sage didn’t waste anytime, she booked a call with me immediately and walked me through the process of doing it on call. Getting started with Exercise.com as a whole has been an easy process and Sage is a great asset to her team. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
