Exhale wellness was incredibly attentive and responsive to feedback. They were gracious enough work with me and find the product I was looking for to better my experience. Looking forward to trying the lifter pre-rolls hoping it has a little more punch and to surely return for more in the near future.

Received a product that didn’t work. Super disappointed that I spent 40 dollars on something that’s basically just plastic

Update: Due to customer service being kind and lovely I have received a refund. Now, hear me out. It may have taken a week to 3-4 weeks, that's fine. Patience is key, overall my rating will go from 2 stars to 5 stars, due to customer support resolving my issue. I have received a full refund. Do keep in mind each strand is not perfect for any/everyone. This also doesn't mean I won't buy from exhale again, as all I found was one that gave me a headdache, ill keep trying out exhale in the future to find out which is best for me. Thankyou! Old message: This stuff gives me an headdache
