The casket arrived on time in excellent condition. It’s a beautiful royal blue. The funeral director was very impressed by the condition and of the delivery. Thank you Express Caskets. I know my mom would have been pleased.

The price was right to purchase since the family was on financial hardship. It was easy talk to Scott, a respectful gentlemen and very kind.

Scott did a great job at finding the casket we wanted. Unfortunately it was slightly damaged and Scott offered another casket, which was just as nice as the one we ordered. Thank you for your honesty in our purchase and your amazing customer service!
