The only complaint I had was with the amount of packing used - BUBBLE WRAP?! Seriously it's a cloth flag - why would it need to be wrapped in plastic and then wrapped in bubble wrap and then put in a box?! I did appreciate using the USPS (which explains the box) if it fits it ships. Excellent qualtiy flag. Fast Delivery!
