Unhappy!
I put my order in on October 5th, it's the 9th and my order is still processing. I was told it would go out next day. I called customer support and they couldn't tell me why it hasn't shipped yet.

I placed my order about 3 weeks ago and was told it would be delivered in 2 weeks, but have heard nothing. The batteries on my Polaris ranger no longer work well enough to propel the vehicle and I have been without a vehicle to use in the vineyard. I would greatly appreciate receiving the lithium replacement battery and accessories at your earliest convenience so I can get my vehicle operable Thank You. Other than the wait period I have no issues. I forwarded the statement above inquiring as to the status of shipment for my lithium replacement kit. The inquiry was not intended to be a review of Extreme Kartz's performance, I was simply looking for an update on the delivery status. The company informed me upon purchase that there would be a 2 week delivery delay which I was ok with. When I made the inquiry i thought it had been 3 weeks since the order was placed but after receiving a call from the company representative in reponse to my inquiry, I found out that I was in error on the time frame and that in fact, we were at the end of the two week period. and that the replacement kit would be shipped in the next couple of days. That did occur and I received the shipment a few days later. Igreatly appreciate the ompany's immediate response to my inquiry updating the status of the delivery and because the delivery took a a couple of extra days they volunterred to provide a $100 rebate from the purchase price. This was totally unexpected but very much appreciated. Upon arrival of the shipment, I inspected all of the items in the replacement kit and all of the items specified in the kit were there and in good condition. I have not totally completed the lithium replacement. because of other commitments, but what I have completed has been straight forward and I'm looking forward to to completing the installation in the next few days. The company has followed up several times inquiring about the status and offering any assistance needed to finish the job. I appreciate the offer and look forward to working with them as I complete the installation. Finally, I have been extremely impressed with the company and if I have the need to upgrade other EV's, I look forward to working with you. Thanks for your assistance!

Thank you for taking the time to update your review and provide the additional context. We completely understand why you were concerned about the delivery timeline, especially with your Polaris Ranger being out of service and needed for work in the vineyard. We’re glad our team was able to contact you promptly, clarify the timing, and get the lithium replacement kit shipped shortly afterward. We also appreciate you recognizing the $100 courtesy refund and our continued follow-up throughout the installation process. It’s great to hear the complete kit arrived safely and that the installation has been straightforward so far. Our technical team remains available if any questions come up as you finish the conversion. We truly appreciate the opportunity to assist and are grateful that you would consider Extreme Kartz for your future EV upgrades!

The web site to register for warranty won't go threw.
Response from Extreme Kartz· Jun 12, 2026
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the frustration with the warranty registration process. To be transparent, the warranty registration website is managed by the manufacturer rather than Extreme Kartz, but we completely understand how frustrating it is when something does not go through the way it should. After speaking with you by phone, our team did reach out with the information needed to file the warranty, and we also offered to help file it for you if the website continued giving you trouble. We’re always happy to step in and help bridge that gap whenever possible. We appreciate your business and are still here to help get everything squared away.

First off, I'm happy with the product, now my cart is too fast now! However, I would like to say the new controller had 6 posts and my stock neos ac controller had 5, so I had to wait till a Monday to find out what the "R" post was for. (not used on my Yamaha drive 2) Also, the new adapter plate had 5mm screw holes, the plate came with 6mm. The stock controller uses bolts, so I had to go out to find screws so the plate would fit flush and 5mm screws to attach the new controller to the adapter plate. Also, my stock 3.3 watt motor motor leads came directly off the windings with no way to install the new 2g wires I purchased. Also, the 2g wiring set didn't have a wire for the positive battery to the solenoid, luckily I had a wire for one of the motor leads to use. The upgrade solenoid I purchased has 4 male blade post to attach the wires, my cart has ring conections on the original wiring. No installation instructions came with any of the items purchased. You guys were quick to address my questions and that's great, but I do have concerns that my stock motor leads 4g?, may not be large enough as yall recommended 2g wires that I purchased for the 700 amp controller. After my review I received a personal phone call to address my concerns, a very nice touch I must say, again great service after the sale. So, still 3 stars on my experience but a solid 5 stars on customer service.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review, and we’re glad to hear the cart is performing well — maybe a little too well now! We also completely understand your frustration with the installation experience. Having to pause the install, wait for clarification, and make multiple trips to the hardware store is not the experience we want customers to have, especially on a performance upgrade like this. We appreciate you pointing out the areas where the hardware, adapter plate, wiring expectations, and solenoid connections created confusion. For some clarity, Navitas advises that the stock cables are acceptable in this setup, and the motor phase cable that needs to be upgraded is included with the Navitas kit. That said, we understand your concern since you purchased 2-gauge cables based on the controller upgrade, and we can see how the motor lead setup on your Yamaha Drive2 made that less straightforward than expected. We also appreciate you mentioning that our team was quick to answer your questions. We’re always happy to help work through install questions when they come up, but we agree that better upfront instructions and clearer hardware expectations would have made this a smoother install. Your feedback is helpful, and we’ll be using it to better educate future customers on what to expect with this type of Yamaha Drive2 upgrade. Thanks again for your business, your patience, and the honest feedback. We’re glad the product is working well, and we appreciate the opportunity to follow up with you directly.

I liked the color that was pictured with what I received. What I didn’t like is the fit for the cover I ordered for my golf cart. It was quality leather but didn’t seem to fit my current seat. There were no straps to tighten the cover to the seat like my current cover. So I’m supposed drill a screw through it to make it snug. Not sure I see that lasting long term. So for the price I paid, I can’t say I’m satisfied with the product. Most of the covers I researched were $30 and I paid almost 6 times that, so in hindsight I will pass on reordering for my other cart.
