Awesome , easy experience , great customer service

This is a review for the buying process only as I have not received my order yet. The process was smooth and simple. The ability to customize the order was a painless process and I am looking forward to giving the PC a good run.

Justin reached out to me after I left my purchase cart overnight to inquire why I didn't purchase. This showed what I believe to be a sincere attempt at understanding their customers and a desire to build a positive relationship with them. They have also proved to be flexible with the addition of components that were not listed within any of the packages (additional memory, hard drives). While I don't have a computer yet, my interactions with Extreme PCs have been overwhelmingly positive and constructive. I look forward to receiving the build and continuing a relationship with Extreme.
