Loved my glasses. Very easy to upload prescription and order. The price with my insurance was great. Will definitely order again.

The production process was very fast. Using VSP insurance deducted almost half of the cost. It would be even better if a glasses case could be given as a gift.

Chat agents are very rude and make for a terrible experience. They were also absolutely no help and just kept referring me back to my optometrist. I even shared a copy of the prescription so there’s obviously some training that needs to happen to get them up to speed. Was easy to order and shipping was fast but I don’t recommend and won’t use again due to poor customer experience.

Mostly great... except your website didn't specify that "black" (and "brown") frames meant gold‐colored titanium (?), while silver‐colored is only the "blue" frames (meaning the plastic covers over the earpieces). Looks like I'll have to do an exchange, unfortunately.
