Glasses are too big for my head. They keep slipping down my nose. Sucks, I knew it was a bad idea to order online.

Easy ordering. Glasses were perfect.

Arrived two days later than the end of the delivery date window, so I had to reship it to my daughter who already left to go back to college. I couldn't use my VSP balance because I didn't have enough to cover the whole order, so I had to go through a reimbursement process. Prices high. Not an ideal customer experience overall. Will make note to order contacts through my eye doctor to use the VSP dollars going forward.

Convenient ordering, good prices. I literally priced my contact Rx everywhere online, and they have everyone beat.

It took WEEKS for the contacts to arrive & when they finally did... THEY MADE A MISTAKE WITH THE PRESCRIPTION! I couldn't at all with them in. They're sending new ones... I'm miserable because I'm out of contacts & all glasses give me a migraine if I wear them too long. I should have ordered elsewhere. I'd rather be waiting for reimbursement from VSP than all of this nonsense.
