This was a great product

I received my eye fast. They were just what I expected.

Ordering online was simple. When I had a question about uploading my RX, their live chat assistance was quick and informative. Ultimately, everything came as ordered and was packed safely. I'm happy with the quality of the product.

This is my first experience using Eyeconic for glasses and it was fantastic! I picked out my frames, being able to "try them on" virtually. I uploaded my lens prescription (progressive lenses), and a few days later I received an email stating my prescription had been confirmed by my provider. I received my glasses within the allotted timeframe. They fit perfectly and I saved $90 by purchasing them through Eyeconic!

I have already had a problem with the glasses. To start off with, the glasses had a smudge underneath where the glasses laid and although it's not a big deal, cosmetically I should have received a new pair of glasses without any kind of material defects. The second thing is that I have had the glasses for less than 2 months now and there is already a part of the glasses that fell off. There is a tiny part between the frame stem that goes to the ear and the glasses themselves that broke off. I don't know what the policy is but I am going to see if I can have them returned for a new frame. The lens had a tiny scratch in it when I first opened the case and it wasn't too big of a deal, but I figured as long as I am mentioning things that occurred with this experience, I may as well mention that too. I did like the speediness of the delivery but the glasses themselves didn't turn out to be as durable as I would have hoped for that price range.

Glasses received, they are according to prescription. They do dig into my nose and leave a depression on the skin, but otherwise fine.
