This is based on two purchases. The first time was a nightmare. Bought a frameless JA frame that was never aligned correctly - twice. Then one of the temple connector broke. No way to repair or fix it. Most recent purchase went smoother. Hope the frame will last. Noticed most of these frames are made in China.

I received my contacts and noticed I couldn’t see out of my left eye. It turned out I received a +3 instead of a -3. I called customer service and was sent a prepaid UPS label to return the two unopened boxes. The only reason for the 4-star rating is that I had to call back a few times because initially, you were only going to replace two boxes. After several calls, I received confirmation that I would get all four boxes replaced. You replaced all four boxes, and I am now a happy camper. Thank you for taking care of this promptly.

Worst, cheapest made glasses EVER! They didn't have any great choices, so I got what I thought would be ok, but I was wrong! Totally HATE them!
