It was easy to order and arrived quickly.

Wouldn’t take my doctors prescription because it didn’t have a signature. It had the name and number. Guess it’s to hard for them to figure it out. I get about the same price from other contact sites. Won’t be using them.

I was able to order my glasses online with ease. I chose what I wanted and they were made to order. My prescription was correct so I just took my old pair off and my new ones on. I highly recommend Eyeconic!

Very easy to order, and I like that they take the insurance off when you order.

The customer service is a disaster! I was supposed to get a $25 refund, have email about it too. I never received this refund and when I asked about it, they said that my order had suddenly become $25 more expensive, so I didn't even notice the credit. Next time I will order my glasses from a more reputable supplier, luckily there are plenty of others with better service and much cheaper!

Where do I go to get my glasses adjusted. They are a little loose on my face
