Customer service was great and glasses are fantastic. I'm ordering another pair.

Had to send glasses back two times because bifocals were in the wrong place. Still have not received them .

i did order 2 different colors of the duck glasses one being blue the other black, however 2 pairs of black showed up no explaining why. Its not the end of the world but since one pair was progressives and one for distance it would make it easier to pick which ones i need at the time.

The frames I ordered are great as was the lady I spoke with when I called your 1 800 number so no problems there however, I never received a reply to an email query I'd made about 5 days earlier. Additionally, I was told my glasses would be shipped the day after ordering and I'd be notified by email. In actuality, it took a few days and my email query on this subject when unanswered. So, good overall but I think more work is needed on your email communications.

I ordered a frame only, and I received it very quickly, exactly as ordered which was great. I was going to have my prescription lenses made for the frame but the cost was pretty far out there. So do your homework

Delivery and convenience were stellar and the frames were nice but unfortunately they did not compliment my facial features as i had envisioned so i returned the frames.

Eyeglasses.com has replaced the lenses in four of my frames and I have been very happy with the results each time. I can tell if a prescription is off even a little and all of my replacement lenses were done correctly. I will continue to use eyeglasses.com.

Haven't received my frames yet !
