A little confusing on the directions (once I received them, all is good)
There was not clear instructions about setting up an account or logging in, at first. Then once I received the instructions everything was easy to accomplish so far.

This is the second year I've tried to get prescription safety glasses with absolutely no luck. I would advise hiring an optometrist to come check our eyes. I had a current prescription last year that was not accepted and when I call my optometrist they won't give me a copy of my prescription because they said it's expired. I'm tired of trying top jump through hoops to get a pair of safety glasses I can see through. I'll add I swore I would not give y'all a second chance but I did and here we are, still wearing glasses that I can't see clearly through.

You over charge
You over charge. I could order the same glasses for $35. This is just pure profiteering.

Excellent Customer Service
The techs were very courteous and helpful. He helped me to pick out frames as well as get them ordered. He was extremely knowledgeable.
