I ordered glasses while the doctor was here but needed to see my eye doctor for an updated prescription. Once I got it I tried to send it but they cancelled my order and charged me for the glasses. Now I am trying to order the same pair of glasses and it wants to charge me an additional fee, after I already paid. Plus, this fee is more than my original order.

Hello. We appreciate your feedback. We have added your original order back to your shopping cart and the balance is the same as before. You will just need to log in and upload your prescription and pay the overage. If you need any assistance, please email "[email protected]," Thank you!

Also the time I should expect the glasses in the mail I did not see

Hello Jesus. We appreciate your feedback. Not all lens options are available to order; in some cases we need approval from the company's safety admin. We do see a note on your account that transitions were approved. Thank you!

Not much of a selection. Consider improving inventory. Ordering process was simple.
