Super supportive! It’s one of the best customer service I’ve ever had!

Awful. I tested my eyes multiple times (more than 6) and the results were almost exact each time. I then ordered a pair a glasses from and they were very blurry. I would have to say that it is not user friendly, something did not work out right when using the Eyeque to get my prescription numbers. I am glad I went as cheap as possible with purchasing glasses. They are worthless to me. So now what?

Support spent the time to listen and help me adjust setting on my PVT. Now the values are closer to a recent Eye exam.

This program does not work and the machine they sent kept freezing up when I tried to use it. It said I had severe eye diseases and I absolutely do not have any such issues or impairments. Avoid this product.

I really wanted this to work. I took 6 different measurements and paid for trail glasses but the prescription was so off I got an immediate headache. Both the glasses and eyeque are going in the trash. The people that work there seem very nice though

Very easy to use even with my 8yr old Android smartphone. I tested myself 5 times and the results each time were consistant. I actually ordered bifocals for the very first time using my results, and can see better with them than any other pair of glasses that I've ever owned. I highly recommend the EyeQue Vision Tracker and their Pulillary Distance Measuring frames (along with their apps) to get very accurate eye test results. These devices saved me anywhere from 1/3 to 1/2 the cost of a trip to the optometrist, plus I can test myself anytime in the comfort of my home.
