I paid for a full years subscription for the stream not to even work. F1 might as well just be stealing straight from our wallets.

You can't really call the stream unreliable if there's no stream to begin with.

Again and again the site and streaming service go down during multiple sessions on the weekend. Not worth the money.

Crapped out during the race. Extremely disappointed. Reading what others say about the service it seems this is more of a regular occurrence than one would expect.

The service sucks. There are constant issues. Illegal streams provide a significantly better service. Many people trying to watch the first F1 race of the year using the official app and website are looking at blank screens or are being told to subscribe. It’s unbelievable that an industry and sport with the financial and technical resources of F1 can’t provide a streaming service to paying subscribers.
