If I could give zero stars I would! Seriously, when I got the email to leave a review, I laughed right out loud! This company is THE WORST EVER! I ordered some fabric and notions on 9/15/26. On 10/2/26, I received an email stating they were sorry but now the fabric I ordered over 2 weeks previously - which I was told was in stock at the time - now is no longer available. They happily charged my credit card $108 at the time the order was placed. However, I didn’t get the refund of $54 until October. I told them at that time to cancel the rest of the order because it was useless to me now without the fabric I wanted. Of course they didn’t! They shipped my partial order with the notions anyway. I refused the package PER THEIR INSTRUCTIONS. I am still waiting for the remaining refund! So, would I like to leave a review? Absolutely! And I hope no one makes the same mistake as I did in ordering from this terrible company!

I ordered fabric from FWD on the 23rd of September. On the 26th, they said they were preparing it. On Oct. 1st they said it would be shipped in 24 to 48 hours. I still have not received a shipping notification. I have emailed them multiple times and tried calling their location. This is ridiculous. I run a small business and have deadlines.

Terrible company. Idiotic excuses. Took 12 days to create a label, and they STILL HAVE NOT ACTUALLY SHIPPED IT. After they took 12 days they decided to refund the ONE ITEM I NEEDED that I have been waiting for since I ordered this TWELVE DAYS AGO. AND IT IS STILL NOT SHIPPED. Terrible, trite customer service with no offer of any actual help. I HATE FABRIC WHOLESALE DIRECT. They are unprofessional and useless. Shop elsewhere - ANYWHERE else.

Purchased a fabric that was shown as orange and black and received one that monkey poop color!!! Took over 2 weeks to receive!! Will only receive $7 refund for a $26 purchase!! First time ordering from this company and never again!! Avoid!

I ordered a bolt of marine grade fabric to craft cushion covers for a freshwater boat. After installation and taking it out twice, several of the seats completely discolored. Not all of the seats, just a few. And the discoloration didn't happen in "spots", it was the complete piece of fabric that was exposed to the sun. I reached out to the FWD to confirm that both sides of the fabric had the protective coating, which they confirmed. Now 2 months later, they've finally written back to give me 3 b.s. reasons why it happened and left it at that. I will not be a returning customer.

First order got lost and was resent. The fabric ordered was not what I was looking for. I began a return. Then later the lost order was delivered. After several emails I received shipping labels. I just learned they are only refunding 1/2 of what I spent! I could have kept the other order but want to be honest. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

I was charged double shipping and yet they shipped items together for way less than half of what I was charged for even one of the two orders (based off the postage on the package). Customer service was unsympathetic and not customer-friendly, which makes me seriously question any goodfaith assistance with anything more significant. They said they cannot refund money (interesting stance and policy, as refunding customers a dollar amount is technically feasible with credit cards in this day and age). No offer for any other assistance or discount for a future purchase as so many other companies have done for their customer base. Taking my business elsewhere and they lost a large purchase over a few bucks.

Ordered for the first time. Took almost a month. Still haven’t received my product. Company blamed amazon. Went to Amazon they blamed fabric wholesale. Jerked around for days. Been back and forth for almost a week before I got so fed up I requested a refund.
