Fairly easy to find the part you need, but the descriptions are not always accurate. E.g., shaver blade replacement items shown with upgrades (substitutes) must be checked further through compatibility lists. What is shown as equivalent is not always equivalent/compatible.

Delivery is a bit slow but arrived on last day promised. Price was lowest found. Will use company again.

The power/ traffic update cable on my Drivesmart 61 has stopped working. I bought the Satnav in September 2021. I was told to go to Garmin under the manufacturers 2 years warranty that this company advertises. Garmin told me it is out of warranty. I have gone back to the company as under Consumer Rights they should be dealing with this issue as the cable should not have failed in such a short time. But I am being referred back to Garmin yet again. Garmin asked for proof of purchase date and have supplied a replacement cable. FactoryOutlet phoned me to follow up on my claim and complaint and said they would send me a whole new satnav if that was preferred. I found it confusing having to liaise with both companies.
