I wish more companies shipped the same day I bought, and didn't just take a mild interest in whether i liked what i purchased but all but demanded I return things I wasn't enjoying. Oh well, at least we have Sound Shoppe NYC. can't imagine buying from anyone else.

This is the second pedal that I purchased from this shop. They are the best. They have the greatest selection of pedals around and the customer service is top-notch. Shipping is quick. And you can just tell that they care about the customer experience. With so many choices these days, it’s nice to know there are still small shops around that really care about customer service and providing a great experience!

Was looking for a pedal that was an import and only in three American locations. Free shipping was awesome and it shipped out either the day or the day after I ordered it which is awesome.

Fast and secure shipping, price was competitive, plus gave a 10% discount on next order for leaving a review . When I need a boutique pedal, I will look here first.

Just purchased my second pedal and everything was fine. It was sent USPS which I wasn't aware of but it was sent Express and it arrived safely. Had bad recent experiences with USPS misdeliveries so was not happy with a $250 pedal potentiallyy getting "lost". I will use Sound Shoppe again but will request FedEx
