Very disappointed with Uniden as to No service manuals available! Why cant they support their own products!

always hoping for a lower price

I asked why my rechargeable Panasonic AAA batteries in the phone are ORANGE, yet you are selling me GREEN replacement batteries. I asked that question on your "Chat" option corner...spoke with Kenneth....and basically the response was "I don't know"....but he never said "I don't know"....which I would have appreciated more than the tap-dancing answers I was getting. So I will give these green batteries a chance....which is why I can only offer 3 STARS for my rating. I will wait until I receive the batteries and see how they perform in my landline phones.

I am only giving it 3 stars because I have not received the product yet and I gauge a company how they handle a problem not by how easy it is to order something. Once it arrives and all is good...or a problem resolved....then I will give it my final rating. I will say it is cheaper to buy it here than from the Humminbird site.
