Twice I've used FadeMD to renew my certification and twice I've been left to sit in the waiting room for the doctor to never show up. In the rare instance the doctor shows up/is on time, they process is fairly quick and painless. The catch is that that's because THEY want to get through it and get you off the phone as quickly as possible, as they clearly don't respect anyone else's time.

I paid a Dr. C Hall for a certification and never got my certification so I had to go back on line a pay another doctor I reached out several times and got the run around.So you guys took my money twice not fare to the little people lesson learned

Just so you know they do not have a phone number and they do not answer emails quickly at all. The first stages went fast and I was approved but they used the wrong email address to send to the state of Ohio and now I am hanging in limbo. I have to start checking to see that every place I do business with has a working phone number. It is bullshit to have to sit around and wait for someone to email you at their convenience.

They were affordable and quick to an appointment, however since I didnt pay for expedition they purposefully created an artificial delay in submitting my cert by 24 hours which compounded with a USPS delay to make my card come in 4-5 days later than it would have if they just submitted it when they could have...
