Was incredibly pleased with my…personalized lyric album
Was incredibly pleased with my purchase. I was emailed from the company when they were concerned about the quality of my picture that I submitted which shows that they care about the final product they send out. It did take a little longer than I thought that it would but it was WELL WORTH the wait for such a personalized piece. I don't normally don't highly recommend any company but from my experience with them, I will for SURE order again from them and refer them to my family and friends. Completely satisfied overall!

Hello, Will You, I Do, First Home by Famiprints
I originally ordered this product in August, 2023 to be given as a gift. When first received, the product's city names were blurry, and one of the icons was placed on top of the city name, making it unreadable. I contacted the company to see if changes could be made. The company corrected the blurred city names and made the city name easier to read with the icon. A proof was sent for my approval before the second product was made. This was all done in a timely manner, and I was notified at each point in the replacement process. I received the replacement product and am extremely pleased with the results. I now have a product that I am very excited to give as a gift!

Ordered what I thought would be a…
Ordered what I thought would be a water.color painting of a picture I wanted done.. all they did was put pic on canvas that had water color marking on it.. very disappointing and so pissed off! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

We are so pleased with how our order…
We are so pleased with how our order turned out. We hung it up in our foyer so it is the first thing you see when you come through the front door. I saw reviews prior to placing the order about delays and poor customer service...I was skeptical. However, you performed beyond expectation. You kept me informed all the way through and it arrived sooner than I thought it would. We love it!

Great Customer Service and Product
Even though there was a misprint in the lyrics on the canvas that I ordered, the customer service of FamiPrints immediately took care of the issue by replacing the original by reprinting correctly and reshipping in a timely manner. I would highly recommend FamiPrints.
