The necklace itself was nice, not quite as good as I would have thought for almost 60 dollars but, it took forever to receive it. I would recommend this store if you're not in a hurry to get the merchandise or order way ahead. My granddaughter did like it.

There was a little snag with my order, but it was fixed quickly and they were very nice about it. I love what I ordered and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I ordered a necklace with an upgraded and paid for mahogany LED box and received it in a cheap cardboard box. It took multiple emails until I finally got the box I ordered. Communication needs to be vastly improved.
