⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing customer service from Tammy at Let’s Wander! I honestly can’t recommend Tammy enough. A sticker came off my partner’s bottle, and even though it was already out of warranty, Tammy went above and beyond by kindly sending out a replacement pack of stickers completely free of charge. She also helped me sort out another order for a bottle for my mum so that everything would come together perfectly. The whole experience has been so easy and stress-free, and Tammy has been absolutely lovely and helpful throughout. It’s so refreshing to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers and is willing to go the extra mile, even when they don’t have to. Customer service like this really does make all the difference, and I’m so grateful for all her help. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Let’s Wander to everyone. Thank you, Tammy, for being so amazing!

I contacted the customer service department via email due to an issue I had with my bottle. They responded very quickly and offered to replace my bottle free of charge. Within 24 hrs had dispatched a replacement bottle & sticker kit, no questions asked. Brilliant customer service and a wonderful product .. highly recommended !!!

After I made the purchase, I changed my mind on a bottle and contacted them and they were very fast with responding and changed my order before it was dispatched which was fantastic. Communication was prompt and polite. The bottles are great and exactly what was advertised. Will buy again. Thank you.

I bought this as a thank you gift for a friend who hosted my family at her home in Spain, and she absolutely loved it! She said she had so much fun going through all the places she had visited, trying to pronounce the names and discovering where they were on the map. It was such a lovely and meaningful gift! The only improvement I would suggest is offering the option to include a personalised message, as she initially had no idea who had sent it! The bottle was also delivered as expected, within the estimated delivery timeframe.

Our National Parks bottle was given to us as a gift, and its quality has been an absolute disappointment in less than a year. First, the stickers are terrible. In less than a year, the top layer of every single sticker we applied peeled off completely, leaving nothing but an ugly white base. When I reached out to customer service, they claimed they didn't have any replacement stickers to send me—even though the exact stickers are actively available for sale right on their website. To make matters worse, over the weekend, one of the bolts holding the handle onto the lid snapped completely out. When I contacted support about the broken lid, they told me they couldn't even give me the original straw top under their warranty because they are out of stock, offering a completely different style instead. Since both the stickers and the top are clearly defective, I asked for an entire replacement bottle. Instead of standing behind their product, customer support actually suggested that I just buy a whole new bottle! For an expensive travel-tracking bottle, both the durability and the customer service are completely unacceptable. For contrast, I have two other brands of bottles we use regularly that all have stickers we have collected over the years. These bottles are all at least 4 years old, and the stickers and bottle components have held up remarkably well! I would not recommend this brand.

The drink bottle arrived quickly. It is good quality and I enjoyed exploring all the places I'd already been and placing the stickers on to it. I have some leave coming up and was yet to settle on a holiday destination. This bottle helped me make my decision!
