Overall experience is good. Wish cards wouldn’t take so long to ship for example instant rips takes a couple weeks to be sent out but other than that I enjoy the platform and fanatics is a trustworthy successful company given they have casinos and everything so it’s not a random person coming out of nowhere with a new app or something. 4/5 will continue to use

I submitted a card for 15 to 20 day turnaround in July and I am still waiting for it. From what I heard, Fanatics will still hold me to the charge of the level I paid for which is crap. The email customer service has been okay, but last time I talked to them they said my card was on the way back to the vault that was two weeks ago. Still waiting over 3 months later for a card I paid $149 to grade.

Great products and smooth transactions overall, but the shipping times and frequent delays are a major downside. When everything moves on schedule, the experience is great, but fulfillment can be inconsistent and sometimes takes much longer than expected. It’s honestly the biggest thing keeping me from fully committing to Fanatics Collect and using the platform more heavily. If shipping and fulfillment became faster and more reliable, the overall experience would be much better.

I consistently find the items I'm interested in purchasing, and then enjoy the ride with bidding and counter bidding. Even if I don't have a winning bid, I become more aware and informed as to the value of items. Everything has shipped on time.
