Fanatics does everything they possibly can to keep you in their ecosystem when all I wanted to do was buy a card and have it shipped to me. I bought a card and found out the default was for the card to go to their vault which I did not want. Unfortunately it was too late for me to change it and I was told I would have to pay a 3% fee to get it out of the vault. This was before I even paid for it! They told me it couldn’t be changed so I had to threaten them with not paying before it was miraculously changed. Not cool Fanatics, no one wants to waste time with this stupidity.

I have an order pending from an auction at Fanaticscollect.com for 3 months and no one from Customer Service can tell me when it will ship. They will not give me a name or contact number to call. Its an $8800.00 order and I have no recourse with these guys. After Fanatics bought PWCC, the service level definitely decreased, but this is beyond frustrating. Updated 10/2/26 - just received my items today after a 4th month of working through their system. That was after "escalating" this to whatever special group they claim to have. Customer service is obviously either just bot responses or overseas and has no ability to actually communicate with the people in Tigard who would be able to solve the problem. Think twice before spending your money here.

Somehow no one knew what I was talking about when I was trying to redeem my initial pack so they were rude and were like sure you get a free pack and were super rude and not helpful at all, just told me to go to different streams and ask and laughed about it. Then it also took awhile to get promo. Then you have to jump through a bunch of hoops to use it. Needs to be better instructions, plus a heads up to streamers so they don’t act like jack a**

I have always had a phenomenal experience collecting with Fanatics, the price points for collectibles is driven by the collectors themselves. The customer service is superb
