Be aware big SCAM. I purchased jacket from F Jackets and shipping should be between 3-5 days , After two weeks they still didn’t ship the jacket instead they keep promising they need more times.. Very unprofessional selling goods which they don’t have in stock.. I hope i will get refund back…

The company delivered, albeit a little late. They ask you to wait about a week while they "prepare for shipping" before the product ships. This is because the product is not produced or even warehoused in the US; they just drop-ship from Pakistan, so expect FedEx to charge you an import tax. None of this is mentioned on their website, which they changed the name of to Decrum - https ://decrum .com/, by the way. Dodgy business practices, but the product arrived.

Hi Pawel, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. While many of our products are fulfilled locally, there are occasions when, due to stock availability, an order may be shipped from one of our overseas warehouses to ensure timely delivery. Please rest assured that any additional customs or import charges associated with such shipments are fully covered by us. Your satisfaction is important to us. Our Customer Care team will be reaching out to you shortly to review your case personally and ensure this matter is resolved promptly and to your complete satisfaction. Regards, Team Fan Jackets
