They helped me book my tickets twice. This time Pallav Shukla, patiently heard all my criteria and found my tickets. He was very helpful and kept giving me options for all the different probability I threw across him. He stayed on the phone with me till my tickets were confirmed and I got them in my email. Thank you Pallav for your help.

This was my second trip with fantastic fare. And its was fairly planned and managed by Sumit Thapa. In his absence from his office , he still managed to coordinate with us. And Shivam aslo took care of few things later. Thank you for the well planned trip to MASAI MARA, KENYA.
