Very helpful with making my reservation. Explained the process as I was skeptical of this service. Very good follow up when my ticket was issued as well as following up with a phone call to answer any further questions that I might have had.

The rep that I worked with was very helpful and found me and my family a really Good price that was better than some of the ones I was finding and even flying out of a closer airport than the one I was looking at. Will use the service again

I had great customer service, however, the constantly calling and calling until I pick up drove me nuts. Typically if someone doesn’t answer right away, they’re busy. Please don’t keep calling me. I appreciate the efforts in reaching out, but blowing up my phone just to fill out a survey? Not okay.

Abby Williams was great - I recommend calling to ensure that the tickets you were looking at are still available. That was something I noticed from the other reviews. Though the economy amount listed on the site was not available, the main cabin was a substantial discount from the main Delta page. I received confirmation directly from Delta of my tickets, and everything looked accurate. They also followed up with a phone call to ensure that everything looked accurate and confirm that I received the note from Delta.
