Rose Marley was very polite, listened to all my needs, researched all the airline fares and schedules to find the best scheduled flight and fare for our needs. I appreciated her calm, friendly manner in answering my questions and felt very comfortable about having booked our flight with her knowledge and help !

Rose was prompt and very helpful when their were queries about the itinerary. She made sure everything was processed correctly and quickly. It was also easy to secure the tickets on line once chosen.
