The representative was professional and timely addressing my issue.

I am very happy with the product and customer service I received but the cost to import into Canada was a huge sticker shock and because the documents did not specify the product was made of all wood I was further charged for an all metal product with the newly imposed tariffs between our countries. It ended up costing me 2 and 1/2 times the original price after all taxes and duty. Chalk it up to lessons learned. I would shop here again after this stupid tariff war is over. :(

Great product, beautiful

Didn’t realize the cane I bought had to be custom cut to size and now it’s too short. Have to return and pay 30% restock fee plus shipping. Will be cheaper to order another one. This is the 3rd cane I have bought from them and have always been very satisfied

shopping and transaction were easy . fair prices . i ordered 2 canes - one each men's & women's . the men's cane was sturdy , handsome - quality. the women's is pretty but impractical, w/ much less stability .

The cane with seat is very functional but I worry that the pin will break and I don't think there is a guarantee. It also came much later than the two day shipping promised.

It's not the same as the last cane, but it works..

I haven't used my new canes yet. I like to co-ordinate with what I'm wearing. However, I have purchased from you in the past & have always been happy with the product & the service.
