Honestly, you guys are good! I had problems this evening sending my US 2026 midterm voting ballot by fax. But you did it immediately, with no problems or hassles and the cost was reasonable. Thank you, FAXLY! P.S. Now that I’ve read other user reviews, I see Faxly.com often adds a high charge to your credit card days later, one that was never discussed or authorized. Be careful! Alert your bank, call the police and deny all unauthorized payments!

Thinking that it is a Pay as you Go Service, I paid £1.49 to send a fax that in the last 15 years first time I am sending a fax in the era of emails etc! Then suddenly, after 2 days I saw a £59 payment to this company, as a subscription fee as I never expected, never told and never accepted! I rejected this payment and sent an email to this company. The company says, in the email, "We understand that when you're focused on sending an important fax, it's easy to overlook some of these details. That's completely understandable, and we're sorry if the subscription terms weren't as clear to you as we'd hoped." So addition to the sending a fax, we also need to spend long time reading all the details on the website of this company to make sure we will not be SCREWED! Folks, This is an unacceptable method of conducting business! This is unfair and unprofessional!
