DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY. THEY ARE A SCAM! WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION ONLY TURNED OUT TO BE A VOIDED TRANSACTION ON THE DAY BEFORE OUR FLIGHT. NEVER RECEIVED ANY EMAIL OR CALL FROM THIS COMPANY WHEN IT WAS CANCELED. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Very polite staff. Tickets advertised were unavailable and the increased cost for the next was about double. Lots of phone calls necessary. Not very transparent pricing: I had an adjusted quote and signed two contracts, the two separate charges on each quote lead me to believe they were able to negotiate a lower price with the airline and kept the same total price quoted to me to increase their commission by about $200. Since the total was double the price of the ticket that lead me there in the first place, this feels kinda gross. Since the departure time had me by the balls (poor timing on buying on my part for sure), I didn’t fight it, so I can’t speak to negotiating with them for fairer pricing. Overall, in the future I’ll choose to do this myself and have the transaction be over asap without paying more middleman fees and taking 4-5 phone calls for a 100% digital event. The cost was about what I’d be paying for direct-from-airline anyway.
