Tried processing a Prior Notice and 2 days later i am still awaiting feedback. Used my old agent and received the Prior Notice within 2hrs. Customer Service sucks.

Thank you for your feedback on our services. After receiving the prior import notice form, we responded to you quickly, highlighting the missing information. You responded that you could not provide all the requested information in the form since your previous agent did not ask for such information. We can not comment on how other service providers offer services and their practices. However, we take our role as consultants very seriously since any negligence from our side may seriously affect your business and public health safety. Also, we have never sent you an invoice or charged you for the services. Generally, we do not charge fees or send invoices until our clients completely understand our scope of work and regulatory requirements. As our standard practice, before taking on a new assignment, we prioritize our existing customers to meet the committed deadlines, reinstate their registration, and address any urgent matters of our existing customers. We have also offered you food facility registration which we completed within two days. The experience you posted is based on only one business dealy to respond, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We tried to contact you several times by telephone without any luck. We did not receive the information about the Waybill or prior notice. This information would have helped us to answer your questions.
