It's the scam site. Don't use it. The tried to stop me to use the credit card and text me the alert and pretending like they are the fraud department. Then asking for your information.

As soon as I checked out, my credit card company called about a fraudulent charge. Apparently they are on hold he radar as scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

This company charges my credit card 3 times but I only received 2 items! I called them a few times and was told I would get my missing item. NEVER DID!!!! Then they repeatedly tried charging me for some 39.99 subscription to something. Luckily my credit card company thought it was fraudulent and didn't let it go thru. I wound up having to cancel that credit card and get a new one!!! The sad thing is that the product I bought from them was really good. But they are scammers. Now I have to find a reputable company that sells the same rabbit thing. But forget this company. Definitely NO GOOD!!!

As you can see from others, this company is a scam. As far as I can tell, their business model is to sell cheap items, wait for about ~25 days before you’re able to receive the item, and also charge you a monthly “rewards subscription” for $39.99 that you didn’t sign up for. I pulled up my initial order confirmation and sure enough, there was a $0 charge for “Rewards” which I did not authorize. That’s the line item that according to Feanatic goes from free to a monthly charge. I reached out to their support team and got a response that seemed normal and supportive. However it looks like those responses may be scams as well?

Kudos to my bank! As soon as I ordered a pair of shoes from Feanatic I received a fraud text alert from my bank. I don't know why, but my transaction was declined. I should know better than to order $11.99 shoes any way. After seeing these other reviews, I'm so glad my bank declined the charge. In the future I'll stick with a known store or Amazon or shop in person.

Havent figured out how to put together vacuum yet. but there business practices are horrible. They force you to purchase bogus insurance refuse to refund it. Then then will fraudulently charge your card. I have my bank going after them.
