I'm forced to give one star
I'm sorry guys, I really like the platform and the idea behind it. But I'm forced to give one star, cause I sent a request and I never got an answer in 2 months. I contacted the team and they told me that the artist wasn't available at that moment, they told me to wait for the next month. I did, but I never heard back. Even a negative answer would have been appreciated. I had to reschedule my release and if I knew that I was gonna wait for nothing I would've released the song earlier. I don't think this is how it should work, if an artist is not available simply don't put it on the platform. Very unsatisfied.

Hey! We are so sorry about this :/ We are working on improving this across the board. All of our artists operate as independent representatives on the platform. but going forward we will be installing a 2 week system where if an order is not updated within 2 weeks we will step in and resolve it. We are a new platform and are working everyday to improve it and hope we can show you over time! If you ever need anything please email us:)
