Federated Lending was a tremendous company to work with. I used them for the purchase of my first home, and then again for a later refinance. Would (and do) absolutely recommend to my family and friends.

We had a tight timeline and multiple complications, with the first deal even falling through due to the seller. Throughout, Tom and his team thoroughly communicated in-depth insights, perspectives, and guidance. They delivered ahead of schedule and at the highest level of accuracy. You really don't expect this level of service, but it's what Tom and his team do. You're fortunate to get an opportunity to work with them.

The procedure was done professionally and competently. Two small issues: (1) on one occasion I submitted requested materials, and asked to be notified when received...no notification was sent; and (2) the request for materials was, on one occasion, misunderstood by me...my fault, perhaps.. thus my 4-Star rating
