My experience with Federated was outstanding. The whole process of performing my most recent refinance was smooth as usual. This is the third time I've used Federated (two Refis and one new house mortgage). Each time they were very efficient and responsive. We attempted to refi with another LARGE BANK and had so many issues we just pulled our application...so needless to say I was very guarded. Not one issue!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

The process was a bit cumbersome and repetitive. There were times when “proof” was asked for but nothing to describe what would be accepted as “proof”. I do not believe they were overly good or bad, just average.
