I am pleased with product but the keep running out.

It took a really long time to get this order! Didn't quite understand why. But other than that everything was fine. And want to make sure that we are on an automatic reorder.

I am not sure how well your product is working so it will take more time, but I have amassed quite a stock pile and would like for you to suspend anymore auto ship orders until I place an order. Thank you

Have not used the product yet on our two labs, but a relative has and his golden retriever, age 7, has beautiful teeth. Anxious to start using it. Delivery took exactly 1 week.

I am not happy about the odor that the tear staining remover has. It smells like a bleach type of product.

Can you look into this for me and provide an update and status on my order, please? Thanks in advance. Update: Felix and Fetch contacted me 24 hrs after I reached out to them and kindly informed me that there was a delay in shipment due to a high volume of business over the holiday, and it looks like it'll ship out next week. I've changed my 1 star review to 4 and suggested that they add a feature that'll email customers to inform when an item sells out and a delay is expected. Thanks F+F.
