I ordered 4inch caps and I got 3-5/8 I called and the lady said just send them get and he will refund me. I have to pay for shipping.

Hi Clayton, Your order came into with the 3 5/8" Nail In Place Post Cap (For 4x4" Wood Post) - LMT1621 we did not change your order. The return came in late Friday and did not get the refund processed until Tuesday morning. All apologies. We have the most liberal refund policies in the market as we refund your outbound shipping as well. None of my competitors offer that level of refund.

I sent an email after receiving only…
I sent an email after receiving only two individual caps of two boxes I ordered and paid for, but I never heard back from anyone on the issue until this survey. Please let me know when I can expect to receive the remaining ten caps.

Hi Barbara, I am so sorry I had marked the original email as replied in the order system but it looks like you did not get one. I have the replacement caps coming from the factory.
