Refund
After I learned that fiatvision was not the type of service I was looking for, I received my refund within a week of my written request. I did not have to write a lengthy letter. I simply emailed them stating this was not what I wanted and I requested a refund for my 100 dollars. I was very satisfied with the refund service.
