No Support for broken Microphone Arm

I ordered a microphone from the Fifine website and never received it even though I paid for it. Contacted customer support via email, and they refused to give a refund, store credit, or a replacement. Very disappointed in this brand AND lost my money.

Really great microphone for the price. Super professional, good for recording or just for Teams.

I'm trying to buy from your website, (UK based) it comes up Pounds Sterling but cannot deliver to UK address, what's going on?

Some years ago, I bought a 1080p camera, mic and arm. Mic and camera were very good products for the money. If you are looking for a budjet product that will last some time, go for it. I was a bit disappointed though about the arm. It was the cheapest yes, but the end was loose quite fast so I was a bit sad about it. I could have used the warranty but didn't, because wasn't worth the hassle. Now I bought their premium arm and Mic K688. I hope I will be happy about my purchase and become a loyal costumer (not yet). Also, I hope they will release some mid range stuff in the future and not only budget friendly.

fifine makes mics that for their price sound nice, compared to "gaming" mics they will usually sound better and by far an upgrade to any headset mic. Are they end game mics? No. Are they good starters that can last a while? Yeah. Just make sure you get a more recent mic with a shock mount (like the k688) and a third-party arm to go with it. Overall, 7.5/10. You pretty much get what you pay for

Great microphones for a good price. The kit included a good quality bracket. I recommend!

avoid at all costs, had the sc3 and went to do a software update and its bricked the sc3, my mic, my headphones. and now if i plug any in it crashes my pc.
