I’ve tried a handful of telehealth providers and Fifty410 has been the best so far. I’m always reluctant to post reviews right away, I like to see long term performance first, but I’ve ordered twice now and both times were seamlessly executed. They let you choose your pharmacy, (I trust Hallendale,) and whether or not you want anything additional added to your compound. The last 2 places I used added B1 and couldn’t fulfill all of the orders they took payment for. To make matters worse, they didn’t communicate their issues. Fifty410 has sent me emails updating me throughout the process both times I’ve ordered, and my order shipped FAST. I do understand that issues can arise in any business, but what matters most to me is communication and consistency. The health intake was thorough (I’m a nurse and feel it covered safety concerns,) and I don’t need a lot of hand holding in terms of consultation/follow-up. There is freedom in using telehealth services, which is a big part of its appeal for me. Another thing I like about Fifty is there are no monthly fees and their pricing is far. They have an online support community of their own and on Reddit which I have utilized. I don’t like to switch providers, so I’m looking for a no nonsense provider that offers consistent services. I will stick around long term for those things. I would recommend Fifty to anyone. I’ve had a great experience.
