Customer Service was really nice and the process was pretty self-explanatory

The whole process was simple and straightforward.

Customer service is horrible. They ship me a product that wasn’t labeled refrigerated, it was delayed 3 days by fedex but they refuse to replace it and told me to use it anyway. I will not do that. There is no way to know what temp that medication was kept at. The compound pharmacy even asked for a replacement and they refused. I left a review and someone immediately sends me a message that someone will reach out. That was 3 weeks ago. They have no desire to help customers. All that money wasted. They do not care about your health and safety.

I have lost 67lbs since beginning my journey. I have nothing but good things to say about their products, their services, and the community. Fifty410 has been supportive the whole way, from the other clients helping to spread positivity, their administrators and their knowledge of the program, nurses who answer questions about your concerns AND doctors who of course provide the prescriptions that set you on your journey.
