I had asked him to reschedule my payment with such a short notice but he was able to confer with the care team, called me back right away to let me know that it's ok...my problem was solved. Outstanding service. Thank you Al and the rest of the care team. Absolutely recommend this company for having employees who are very courteous, respectful, friendly, and understanding.
