Dealt with Maricris the last couple of days over some questions I had regarding delivery. Maricris was very responsive and followed up when more information was available . This is the first time I have dealt with this company and am very pleased with customer service!

Sylvia, what a wonderful first impression to leave — we are so glad Maricris kept you fully informed and followed up proactively rather than leaving you waiting. That kind of attentiveness is something she takes real pride in. Welcome to FineRoot Organics and we very much look forward to being part of your wellness journey! 🙏❤️ — FineRoot Organics

A very good product at a sensible price . They kept in touch about my order even though the delivery time was a little longer than usual but communication is key and they delivered when they said . Unusual theses days to find honesty and integrity .

Bob, honesty and integrity are words we hold ourselves to every single day — so reading them used to describe us by a customer genuinely means the world to our entire team. We are sorry the delivery took a little longer than expected but we are so glad the communication kept you reassured throughout. Thank you so much for this wonderful review! 🙏❤️ — FineRoot Organics
