I was sent the wrong vintage of the…
I was sent the wrong vintage of the wine I ordered. When I called, the woman was apologetic for the error and gladly arranged to have the case of wine picked up and returned for a full refund (since they were out of the vintage I ordered). I wish their website had not shown the vintage as in stock in the first place, but the customer service after the error was excellent.

Great price. Immediate handling and shipment. Arrived safely. Wine exactly what I ordered. I live on a lake 80 miles from where I can buy this product.
