Love the quick delivery you guys offer

Had to wait 2 weeks in the limbo in my order as nobody came back to answer the 3 times I sent a question about it through email, phone and website. I thought I was scammed. Then I received a voice mail from a nice guy apologizing and offering fast shipping due to the inconvenience, and when I called back I could only talk to his manager, who treated me like I was asking for an unfair favor because I was asking for faster-than-normal delivery, despite the fact they didn’t answer my questions for several days (instead of treating a Customer nicely so I could come back to buy more from them in the future). Unfortunately will not buy again anything from here and can’t recommend others to do it.
