My order was never processed. My emails were never answered. It’s been 3 weeks since I placed the order and I am no longer interested.

I ordered a very expensive bottle of mezcal. When I called and told them my order had been lost, I was told it was being re-shipped. But then I checked my email, and I never got any confirmation of that. Then I called. And I emailed. And I called and emailed again, a few times. I got no response. I wasn't going to write this review, because we're in the middle of a pandemic and lots of businesses are struggling, and I figured maybe this one had unfortunately ceased operations. But then I went online and saw a bunch of reviews of satisfied customers from the past few days. So, no, it looks like they just aren't answering. Maybe they'll respond to a negative review, but it doesn't seem like that works, either. Terrible experience. I will not do any further business with this company.
